Crew Registration Form

Age Requirements for Junior, Varsity & Adult Divisions ● Age eligibility is determined as of December 31 of the competition year. A crew member whose age falls between two age divisions in the competition year (ending December 31) may compete in either division within that year. For example: A 12-year-old turning 13 within the competition year (by 12/31) may compete in the junior and/or the varsity division. Likewise, a 17-year-old turning 18 within the competition year (by 12/31) may compete in the varsity and/or the adult division. ● A maximum of three younger members may compete in an older division but not vice versa. Please refer to the Official Rules and Regulations Manual for more info.

There is no official deadline for crew registrations, however, the on-time registration deadline is 31 July. A late registration fee of $75 (per crew) will be applied to registrations received after 31 July. Please note: We will make the call to close registrations if we receive a high volume of entries! We encourage crews to register asap so we can establish our schedule and understand how many teams we can fit into our schedule.

Crew Fee $60 - Crew Fee (per registered crew) Dancer Fee $20 - School Divisions (per dancer, per crew) $30 - Novice Divisions (per dancer, per crew) $50 - World Qualifier Divisions (per dancer, per crew) Solo and Duo Fee $30 - Dancer Fee (per person) There are no multi-entry discounts. On-time registration fee deadline: 31 July 2026 Please ensure fees are paid by the invoice due date. Late payments will incur a $75 late fee per crew/solo and duo entry. Registration fees are non-refundable.
